STORY
One day, Layton receives opera tickets enclosed in a letter.
The letter is addressed from Layton’s former student, an opera singer, Janice Quatlane. The letter from Janice says her late friend Melina, who passed away a year ago, came to see her as a 7-year old and told her that “she has acquired eternal life.”
To solve this mysterious incident, Layton, Luke, and their assistant Emmy, head to the Crown Petone Opera House.
There, they discover that the new opera composed by Oswald Whistler, is based on the legend of the lost land of Ambrosia and its secret of eternal life, something Layton’s mentor Dr. Schrader was researching.
In fact, the entire audience at the theatre is there to seek eternal life. A mysterious man takes center stage, and with his signal, the game begins.
A puzzle game, where the single victor is able to gain eternal life.
